The main materials of forged pipe fittings are q235,q345,16mn,20#,35#,45#,40Cr,12Cr1MoV, 30CrMo,15CrMo, 20G and so on. The mechanical properties of the casting are lower than the mechanical properties of the forgings of the same material, the casting of the metal is melted into a liquid that meets certain requirements and poured into the casting mold, and the casting (parts or blanks) with a predetermined shape, size and performance are obtained after cooling and solidification and cleaning treatment.
