Rock Wool:

Through a sophisticated high-temperature melting process, followed by advanced centrifugation or blowing, it achieves a remarkably low thermal conductivity, typically ranging from 0.036 to 0.048W/(m · K). This ensures exceptional thermal insulation. Notably, its class A non-combustible fire performance significantly enhances fire safety by effectively curtailing the spread of flames. Additionally, with its commendable sound absorption capabilities, it adeptly minimizes noise generated during pipeline operation, contributing to a quieter environment.
Aluminum silicate cotton:
Properties: Aluminum silicate cotton is engineered from hard clay clinker, among other select raw materials, and undergoes a sophisticated process of arc furnace melting, blowing, or spinning. Renowned for its outstanding high-temperature resistance, it can withstand prolonged use at temperatures reaching approximately 1000ºC and even higher temperatures for short durations. This makes it an ideal choice for insulating pipelines carrying high-temperature media. With a thermal conductivity of about 0.03 to 0.09W/(m · K), it offers reliable thermal insulation. Its excellent chemical stability and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion enable it to thrive in complex chemical environments.
Polyurethane foam:
Properties: Polyurethane foam is expertly crafted through a chemical reaction of isocyanate and polyol, resulting in superior thermal insulation properties. Its thermal conductivity is impressively low, ranging from 0.022 to 0.028W/(m · K). With a high closed-cell rate, it effectively inhibits heat transfer. Its soft, elastic nature allows for a snug fit around pipe fittings, providing excellent sealing and insulation. However, its fire resistance is less substantial, which is why it is often enhanced with flame retardants to bolster its performance.
