The common manufacturing execution standards of the branch pipe are MSS SP-97, GB/T19326 and other standards.
1. The welded branch pipe platform is generally processed by the whole forging. The branch pipe platform structure is divided into the main connecting end, the strengthening part and the branch pipe connecting end.
2. Welding process evaluation of branch pipe table
The groove of the weld of the branch pipe platform is a single V groove, and the form of the weld can be determined as a combination weld of the butt weld (groove weld) and the fillet weld.
3, pipe platform welder qualification requirements
Welders shall obtain relevant welds in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Special Equipment Welding Operators Assessment Rules"
Project qualification, considering the outer diameter of the pipe covering, should consider the bevel surface diameter of the branch pipe table (branch pipe outer diameter), the diameter of the main pipe is not within the consideration of the welder evaluation. When there is a transition bevel, the diameter of the bevel surface refers to the actual diameter measured from the bevel surface, which is generally less than the outer diameter of the branch pipe, and the pipe table welding is a combination weld of the butt weld and the fillet weld of the branch pipe with a groove. Therefore, welders can be covered with a 6G pipe certificate.
